Research Interests

History of the Gypsy population in the Carpathian Basin (18th-20th centuries). Demographic structure, coexistence models, migration, group development and population rearrangements, economic and industrial forms of activity, the effects of social decline and uplift patterns on identity.

Gypsy people in early modern semi-ego documents.
